HPV Vaccine Schedule in Nepal
Complete Guide to Gardasil-9 Dosing and Timing
HPV Vaccine Dosing Overview
The HPV vaccine (Gardasil-9) is given as a series of injections. The number of doses depends on the age at which the first dose is given. Following the correct schedule ensures maximum protection against HPV-related cancers.

For children who start the vaccine series between ages 9 and 14, only 2 doses are needed.
First Dose

Second Dose
6-12 months after first dose
3-Dose Schedule (Ages 15+)
For those who start the vaccine series at age 15 or older, 3 doses are required for full protection.
First Dose
Day 0 — Initial visit
Second Dose
1-2 months after first dose
Third Dose
6 months after first dose
